Services concerned<\/h3><p>This policy applies only to the paid services offered by Annonce Express, such as :<br \/>Ad highlighting options (e.g. \u201cfeatured ads\u201d).<br \/>Premium subscriptions or packages.<br \/>Publication fees in specific categories.<br \/>It does not apply to transactions between private individuals or professionals using the platform to buy or sell goods or services.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>3. Cases eligible for reimbursement<\/h3><p>A refund may be granted in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li>Technical error: If a paid option or service has not been<\/li><li>activated correctly due to a technical problem on our platform.<\/li><li>Cancellation before activation: If you have cancelled a paid service before it has been activated (for example, a featured ad that has not yet been published).<\/li><\/ul><p>Non-compliant service: If the service provided does not correspond to what was described at the time of purchase.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>4. Cases not eligible for reimbursement<\/h3><p>No refund will be granted in the following cases:<br \/>Ads that have been published and have benefited from paid services (even partially).<br \/>Dissatisfaction due to lack of results (e.g. absence of contacts or sales).<br \/>An error made by the user when selecting or paying for the service.<br \/>Requests made after the expiry of the service (e.g.: an advertisement put forward for 7 days cannot be reimbursed after this period).<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>5. Procedure for requesting a refund<\/h3><p>To request a refund, please follow these steps:<br \/>Contact our customer service department at <a href=\"mailto:contact@annonceexpress.com\">contact@annonceexpress.com<\/a> or via the form on our website within 14 days of the purchase of the service concerned.<\/p><p>Provide the following<\/p><p>information in your request:<\/p><ul><li>Your name and email address associated with your Annonce Express account.<\/li><li>Details of the service concerned (package name, purchase date, etc.).<\/li><li>The precise reason for your refund request.<\/li><\/ul><p>Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>6. Refund processing times<\/h3><p>If your request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original method of payment within a maximum of 14 working days.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3>7.
